$I never gave up! When I fractured my back everyone told me to rest! Everyone told me to stop working out until I was fully recovered! I said fuck that!!! I wasn’t going to be a victim to excuses! Even if they were valid! I didn’t care! I was solidifying in my mind, that even when life comes knocking, I won’t fucking back down!!! I’ll get back up! Again! And again!!! And this mindset transferred over to other aspects of my life! In business you most likely will fail many times before you get to be successful! In a relationship! With getting rid of vices! All of these will come with problems and set backs! But your diligence and ability to not quit under stress will be rewarded! Never settle! DM me if you’re tired of using excuses, as to why, you can’t solve your average problems! I’ll help you get thru them! #calisthenics #physicaltherapy #gymnastics #handstand #fitnessmotivation #gymmotivation #discipline #embracethesuck #nutritioncoach #healthiswealth #personaldevelopment #selfcare #75hard #conqueryourinnerbitch #davidgoggins #stayhard by @antvluu$

I was my own worst enemy 3 yrs ago!

On the left I knew nothing of personal development. I was impatient, controlled by desire and vices, escaping each chance I got.

On the right, it’s who I am today. Practicing stoicism, sobriety, discipline, restraint, etc. Much more in control of my life.

If you WAIT around for the perfect time to start improving, you’ll stay stagnant forever.

The perfect time was yesterday, the next best time is now.

People nowadays will side with you and coddle your inadequacies.

No one came to save me from all the self sabotage. It’s was up to me.

If it’ll be, it’s up to me!

Do you think the version of me on the left could tell himself he’s capable of more?! No! It was only possible through the work I put in, that built that confidence!

I want to see who are all the real ones out there. The ones like my younger self on the left. With so much potential untapped.

I see more in so many of you. I see who you could be, because I saw and experienced my own changes.

I’m going to reward those who are willing to
step up NOW instead of waiting for the new year to take charge of their self-development, with a MASSIVE discount on my yearly plan.

This offer is only gonna be up until next week and I’m only able to bring in 7 people at this special rate.

DM me I WILL COMMIT TO BEING MY BEST to reserve a spot

Huge shoutout to my brother @txgunnutt for putting me onto this course and going through it with me.
Because of him I got to train with @omegaprotectiveconcepts and @rogue.methods this past weekend— walking away more capable.
Grateful to have trained! Stay dangerous. by @antvluu

Capability doesn’t happen by accident.

It takes time, effort, and a willingness to invest in yourself.

Showing up. Putting in the reps. Learning from mistakes. Building skills you can rely on.

Training isn’t about checking a box. It’s about making a commitment to yourself and continuing to put in the work.

The responsibility is yours. The investment is yours. So is the progress.

Stay Capable.

How food should be. No diet. Not counting calories or macros because we focused on nutrient density and food quality. We used as much locally farmed ingredients as we could. This is what’s sustainable by @antvluu

Something something parasympathetic nervous system. Something something lower cortisol by @antvluu
