Your sauce has seed oils. Seed oils raise estrogen. Elevated estrogen suppresses testosterone. This is not a coincidence — it’s just cheap manufacturing. We built the alternative. Stories are up. 🔗 Link in bio. by @chanko.meals

Work hard. Eat good. Support local.
That’s the vibe. 👏

Hit up The Blind Pig Butcher today — charcuterie on the patio (yes please), snagged some fresh sausage for dinner, and grabbed my Chanko Nutrition meal prep so this week doesn’t own me.

Relaxing afternoon + fueling my week + keeping my dollars in the community.
That’s what I’m about. 🧀🥂

Everyone thinks chicken is the “clean, lean protein.”
But here’s what no one’s talking about:

🐔 Before the 1920s, chickens were for eggs — not meat. Now Americans eat 68+ lbs of chicken each year.
🌽 Modern poultry is raised on corn and soy sprayed with atrazine, glyphosate, and contaminated with estrogenic mycotoxins.
⚠️ Studies have found atrazine residues in chicken tissues. Glyphosate? It disrupts testosterone, thyroid hormones, and even acts like estrogen.
🥩 And nutritionally? A 2022 Frontiers in Nutrition study ranked beef, lamb, pork, and organ meats far higher than chicken in essential minerals like zinc and iron.

👉 Cheap chicken isn’t fueling your health — it’s quietly working against your hormones. by @chanko.meals

Most people don’t realize it… but estrogenics are everywhere — from factory-farmed meats and seed oils to plastics and even tap water. These hidden compounds throw your hormones off balance, making it harder to stay lean, strong, and energized.

That’s why we built Chanko differently.
✅ 100% grass-fed beef
✅ Pasture-raised pork and chicken (no corn, soy, GMOs, or mycotoxins)
✅ Zero seed oils — only grass-fed tallow and butter, coconut, olive, and avocado oil
✅ Meals designed to protect your hormones, not disrupt them

We’ve done the work to cut estrogenics out of your food so you can focus on optimizing testosterone, balancing hormones, and feeling your best every day.

⚡ Real food. Full flavor. Hormone-conscious.

You wouldn’t taste the flavor science with your eyes—but your first bite will say it all.
You wouldn’t feel the hormone support right away—but your energy, appetite, and clarity will prove it.
