WE’RE GOING TO GREECE!!

The announcement you’ve been waiting for is finally here! Meet us on the stunning greek island of Kea, Greece for our Co-Ed Retreat.

Welcome to “INTIMACY” (INTO ME / INTO YOU I SEE): an intimate retreat experience on the Greek island of Kea devoted to the way we relate.

To ourselves.
To the people we love.
To the parts of us we’ve learned to hide.

And when we say intimacy, we’re not just talking about romantic.

It’s the courage to say what you really feel.
To let yourself be known.
To stay present when things get uncomfortable.
To understand another person without abandoning yourself.

This retreat is for anyone who wants to learn how to communicate more honestly, express their needs, set boundaries, listen deeply, repair after conflict, trust more fully, and feel safe being truly seen.

The invitation is to come with someone you want to know deeper. Your mom, dad, sister, brother, friend, partner.... or you’re welcome to join solo.

For a six days, we’ll step away from everyday life and into a beautiful private villa overlooking the Aegean to explore what it means to relate differently.

We’ll start with an all-levels yoga flow with @anu_rising_ then turn up the energy for a night of:

Confessions of a Retreat Leader… the blog series I genuinely wish existed when I started running retreats 5 years ago.

It didn’t exist, but now it does - because I wrote this for you.

I decided there was SO MUCH to share, I made this a 6-part series of confessions (lolz) and trust me when I say we’re kicking things off with a hot one!

Tbh, this is the side of retreat leadership that doesn’t make it onto the highlight reel… the unexpected situations, the moments of “wtf do I even do right now”, and how I’ve navigated all of it (the important part for you).

My intention is that whether you’re already leading retreats or dreaming of it, these real bts stories give you a little more insight, a lot more reassurance, and maybe even a laugh or two - bc life just lifes sometimes ya know.

To experience + feel a man who shows up with consistent behavior, integrity with his word, and rawness of his emotions… that does something to my nervous system, beyond what I can see on the surface.

Thank you for showing me it exists, loving me, and being the most consistent man I’ve ever had in my life.

Not me calling up my mom to give her a house tour and screaming because I found my next Michigan retreat home 🥹

OMG THIS PLACE, I won’t shut up about it.

I had the opportunity to stay at the stunning @bbr_saugatuck and I quite literally fell in love…

They have not just one, but THREE amazing homes I got to tour for my retreat (and hopefully yours). Each house sleeps 12-14 people and the entire house is outfitted for this group size which doesn’t always happen.

It’s seriously its own private little cul-de-sac oasis surrounded by nature and just minutes from Lake Michigan beaches (my fave) 🌊

To all my friends out there who host retreats, trust me on this…. @bbr_saugatuck is the most perfect spot and set up for retreats. I’m here to share the love, not gate keep this. Thank me later.
