DETROIT FRIENDS!! 🥂🧘‍♀️✨ I’m coming your way!!
I’m SO excited to be heading back to The Whiskey Factory in Detroit for my SECOND year participating in the Yoga, Sip & Shop wellness event! And I’d absolutely love to see some familiar faces there! 💃
Think movement, music, art, shopping, community, and all the good vibes wrapped into one amazing experience!
✨ Start with an all-levels yoga flow led by Anayat
✨ Shop some incredible local vendors (including yours truly with Mi Mobile Refillery! 🌿)
✨ Enjoy live art, DJs, sipping, dancing, and connecting with some pretty amazing humans!
This is exactly what I love about environmental wellness. Creating opportunities to move our bodies, connect with community, support small businesses, and simply enjoy the spaces and experiences around us.
Last year was such a fun experience, and I can’t wait to do it all over again!
Come for the yoga, stay for the vibes! 🥂

Incase you missed it... we’re going to GREECE in 2027!

We’ve put together the perfect co-ed retreat container to dive deeper into the way we relate, repair and resource through intimacy. And we don’t just mean romantically.

This retreat is for ALL - come with a partner, friend, family member, or travel bestie. This retreat is all about relationship building. That means ANY relationship.

This isn’t a couples retreat.

This is a beautiful opportunity for you to grow closer with someone you love and learn how to develop new skills and tools to understand each other better. AND be able to take those skills home with you and pour into all of your relationships.

Honestly, this work isn’t taught enough. We’re so busy listening to respond, most of us don’t even know how to relate in a way that feels supportive and nourishing.

That is why @anu_rising_ & @mike_lamerato_therapist created this retreat container. For real listening, deep understanding, to be able to really see another person, and for more harmony that leads to liberation.

We can’t wait to walk alongside you in this beautiful retreat experience. Plus, have you seen our retreat sanctuary?! I mean... LUXE.

DON’T WAIT. 4 spots have already been claimed and another application just rolled in...

WE’RE GOING TO GREECE!!

The announcement you’ve been waiting for is finally here! Meet us on the stunning greek island of Kea, Greece for our Co-Ed Retreat.

Welcome to “INTIMACY” (INTO ME / INTO YOU I SEE): an intimate retreat experience on the Greek island of Kea devoted to the way we relate.

To ourselves.
To the people we love.
To the parts of us we’ve learned to hide.

And when we say intimacy, we’re not just talking about romantic.

It’s the courage to say what you really feel.
To let yourself be known.
To stay present when things get uncomfortable.
To understand another person without abandoning yourself.

This retreat is for anyone who wants to learn how to communicate more honestly, express their needs, set boundaries, listen deeply, repair after conflict, trust more fully, and feel safe being truly seen.

The invitation is to come with someone you want to know deeper. Your mom, dad, sister, brother, friend, partner.... or you’re welcome to join solo.

For a six days, we’ll step away from everyday life and into a beautiful private villa overlooking the Aegean to explore what it means to relate differently.

🗓️ September 30 - October 5, 2027

Applications are officially OPEN.

Comment “INTIMACY” and we’ll send you the details. 🤍

You can love someone deeply and still want to feel closer.

Maybe it’s your partner or your parent. A sibling or a friend. Someone you want more time with, more honesty with, more room to understand each other.

Our co-ed intimacy retreat is an invitation to make that room. To practice saying what you need, listening with curiosity, and staying connected while honoring your boundaries.

You don’t need to have the right words before you arrive. Having space to find them is part of why we’re gathering.

September 30–October 5, 2027.
Full retreat details drop October 1.

Send this to the person who came to mind, and comment “INTIMACY” to join the waitlist.
