I’d like to introduce you all to Helena Lesley Gould.
Born at 15:32pm July 7th 2024 weighing in at whopping 8 lb 7 oz, after a gruelling 19 hour labour that ended up being blue lighted to Addenbrooks hospital in Cambridge. Being told we would need an Emergency C-Section that didn’t end up being a C-Section but not before Nikki had her epidural. So felt no pain while delivering haha.
Happy to report Helena and Nikki are doing amazing after such an intense 4 hours at the end.

Excuse the hair 🤣🤣.
Real talk right now. It’s taken a lot for me to post this believe it or not I’m really not that confident about how I look. But I’m so so proud of myself. From January at 266lbs I’m now 232.6lbs and I’ve lost 9cm off of my waist.

I can’t thank @nbf.coaching enough for giving me some confidence back. I’ve still got a long way to go to reach how I wanna look but damn I’ve come so far already. Niall thank you so much my brother 🖤
