POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Our first of two charity fantasy league drafts is now complete, as our listeners battle it out against host @andyrdavies.

Detroit Lions running back Jahmyr Gibbs was the first overall pick, there was a shock auto pick in the third round and the Cleveland Browns defense was Mr Irrelevant.

Don’t forget, even though the closing date to take part is closed, you can still donate to the GoFundMe page to expand the winner’s charity donation through the link in the bio! 🔗⬆️

Let us know who you think has the best picks…

🇦🇺 Australia Tour 2026 pt1
An unreal experience with the @emofestuk fam 🖤 couldn’t have asked for a better crew to run this tour with 💪🏻
From being a little pub band, to playing to sold out crowds on the other side of the planet @alloutemo is something the boys and I are extremely proud of but none of this is possible without the magician that is @itsmfr and we are beyond grateful for these opportunities 🖤 Our little EmoFest family is one built with love, admiration, dedication and a shit tonne of hard work, so being able to share the experiences makes it that bit more special 🫶🏻
EmoFest continuing to take over the globe 🌍

🔥 CLIENT SPOTLIGHT 🔥

Danny @aoe_danny is officially 5 weeks in and already 20lbs down 💪

Danny joined as he wanted to to be in the best shape he could before kicking off the @alloutemo @emofestuk tour in Australia. With him flying out on monday we had to get the ball rolling ASAP.

We leaned HEAVILY into nutrition and steps. With the day job taking over sometimes running double shifts we didn't have availability to train 4+ times a week. Hell, even 3 times a week is sometimes not feasible. But he has put 💯 into every variable he could control.

But what’s even better than the scale?
👉 He’s looking leaner
👉 Feeling stronger
👉 Moving better
👉 More energy day to day
👉 Digestion is the BEST IT HAS EVER BEEN
👉 Confidence going 📈

This is what happens when you commit, trust the process, and show up consistently. No crash diets. No shortcuts. Just structure, accountability, and effort.

Proud of you, Danny 👊 We’re only getting started.
