✈️ APAM Abroad ✈️

The APAM team are on tour forging new relationships and advocating for the Australian Performing Arts Market and Australian and Aotearoa/New Zealand artists and producers across the world.

This month our Executive Producer Virginia Hyam is in Hong Kong for AAPPAC (Association of Asia Pacific Performing Arts Centres) and HKPAX (Hong Kong Performing Arts Exchange).

Virginia said: β€œI am thrilled to be in Hong Kong, attending AAPAC and Hong Kong PAX. These two major events running back-to-back across the week offer an important platform for dialogue and exchange enriching PAC’s relationships within this region and building upon established and new ones forged during APAM this year. I look forward to meeting with cultural leaders from around the Globe and connecting with my fellow Australians.” by @apam_perth

It was a privilege to host you all in Boorloo/Perth this February for the Australian Performing Arts Market (APAM).

We heard pitches from artists across Australia and Aotearoa/New Zealand, listened to provocations and keynotes from leading minds across the live performance sector, networked from morning coffees to late night hang outs and spent the week grounded in culture, exchange and connection, supported by our Traditional Owners in residence.

Thank you for being part of APAM 2026 and for contributing to our international arts community. We hope you had the opportunity to discover new work, exchange ideas and build meaningful relationships.

We look forward to welcoming you back in 2028.
