Splits aren’t just for gymnasts or dancers. Having strong, mobile hips allows you to move freely — whether you’re working on getting up from the floor, or going deeper into your acrobatics.

In our new Front & Middle Splits Mobility Online Course we’ll show you exactly how to know what you need to work on and how to improve your splits and hip mobility.

We’ve helped so many of our students over the years achieve milestones they never thought were possible, like Shaughn and JP. After working with people with many different levels and abilities, we know what works so you don’t have to do any guessing.

ONLINE PROGRAM
For $99 you get:
🌟A self-led 8-week program tailored to beginner or intermediate levels
🤦🏼‍♀️ 3 hours of detailed video instruction
😤 Assessment and progress tracking tools
🚨 Science-backed mobility and anatomy education

You can access your program anytime, and it’s easy to use from your phone while you’re training.

Hi friends,

This month’s MOVEMENT LAB continues with another deep dive into a different corner of movement practice.

OCTOBER: SOLO + GROUP IMPROVISATION

This month, Ryder Turner and I will explore improvisation as a practice of expanding possibility, first within our own movement and then in relationship to others.

We’ll begin with solo improvisation, using sensation, vision, sound, impulse, timing, stillness, and movement to widen the range of choices available to us. From there, we’ll bring our attention outward through matching, opposition, spatial relationships, negative space, borrowing, and group scores.

We’ll build toward group composition, staying connected to our own movement while responding to what is happening around us, noticing when to join, contrast, pause, or leave space, and discovering how individual choices can become part of something shared.

At the center of the practice is a simple question: What is the most generous or generative offer I can make to the improvisation?

Expect movement, games, experimentation, and plenty of dancing.

Open to a range of movement backgrounds.
No dance experience required.
