We took things a lot further this week and are starting to see how to develop the bodies master keys. Things that translate across the board, not just in a few disciplines or tasks. We looked into how to develop an athletic/organized/coordinated body, one that can learn new things quickly. You ever felt awkward learning a new technique in BJJ, a new bouldering problem, or uncoordinated on the floor, this will translate through all of that. This is the type of work I always knew Ido could put together. He is finding the true base of the pyramid for anyone who will use their body in the physical realm. This work was on a different level this week. We got hit in the face, found some new emotions, and destroyed the previous concepts of what we do on a day to day basis. We were blown away by this week. Thanks to @portal.ido and the rest of our group of dedicated practitioners.

Get lost. Rise early. Save money. Daydream more. Write it all down. These are just a few of the lessons I gathered in 2016. Better late than never, right? New post on the blog link in bio.

Quick trip to #Denver and #Boulder to drop in on amazing people and see what they have got going on. @ryandemonford has built an incredible community at @apexmovementdenver and @apexmovement and is at the forefront of strength and conditioning for parkour. @bouldermovementcollective has built a vibrant inclusive community of its own focused on #movementculture and the #idoportalmethod Talented athletes like @kiradium (pictured) @brandondouglass and @cosmodudley abound. Thanks for the time and hospitality. See you again soon #unitedbymotion pic: @ninareedphoto
