What an incredible way to start 2026 at the USEA Emerging Athletes U21 National Camp!! I am forever grateful for this experience to continue my education not only in eventing but as a well rounded student of the sport. The amount of knowledge that is put into the camp from David O’Conner and his team of coaches @rbriding @becbraitling @deeppurpleeventing @janbyyny @ashlandequestrian is something I will always look back on for guidance in my own practice at home. This was an experience I will be forever grateful for!! The environment David is able to create of the willingness to learn is something that really pushed me to be better, not only for my own practice, but to be better for the 11 other amazing riders around me.
Thank you to Coco Ramkowsky @cocoramkowsky for trusting me with your special boy Calvin this week! Being able to do all the exercises and learn on such a kind and talented young horse truly made the experience great!
Thank you Kate Lokey for being the mastermind and coordinator for the week along with USEA @useventing for allowing young riders this opportunity to learn. To the coaches who took the time out of their winter training to share their wisdom and experience. Thank you to all the amazing sponsors who so generously provided so much swag for the clinic!! Thank you @atalyaboytnerphotography @impulsionmedia_ to for capturing this whole experience y’all’s work is truly incredible!!!
Lastly thank you to the whole team behind me allowing me to become a better rider. Thank you to my parents who support this journey and allow me to continue to chase my dreams. Thank you to my favorite cheerleaders @classics_eventing_ and @ksmith_equestrian who never stop pushing me to be better and encourage me to never stop learning.

on a day of thankfulness i wanted to reflect back on this year as there is a lot to be thankful for. thankful for the support of my family for taking many leaps of faith this year, show jumping with gstar this spring, moving frog to temecula, learning, riding, and working with some of the best, making so many new friends at ea21, and to top the year off, fall full of competing with my best boy froggy! none of this would be possible without my great support system of my family as well as the support of everyone out in california, thank you for making california feel like home🫶🏼💗 ready to kick onto 2026!! #Frogadt by @apes.eventing
