Corn cheesecake 🌽

Crust made with cornmeal and cornflakes for extra crunch, then a cheesecake layer built from roasted corn purée and corn cob–infused heavy cream. Really happy with how creamy this one turned out.

🎄 Christmas cookies 🎄

I can’t imagine Christmas without Christmas cookies. This year’s lineup includes:

· Linzer cookies with red currant jam
· Poppy seed Linzer cookies with cranberry jam
· Pepparkakor (Swedish gingerbread)
· Black sesame cookies with yuzu curd
· Earl Grey cookies with apricot jam
· Chocolate shortbread with salted pecans
· Matcha thumbprints with strawberry jam

And of course, I can’t forget the classic gingerbread cookies that double as decorations for the Christmas tree!

Happy holidays to everyone ✨
