Listen, when @kaiserpermanente offers you a chance to join a ‘centering in pregnancy’ group … say YES! I’ve tried to write about this amazing group of humans and it never feels like it truly captures the gift that they are. The friendship, support, humanity and kindness I have experienced with these people was a lifesaver in the first year of parenthood! Late night/early morning texts in the rough days, so many amazing recommendations and encouragements, getting together and seeing our kiddos play - and just the foundational comfort of knowing there are people who totally get what you’re navigating. So lucky to know each of you and your families. Proud to be an #augustmama and so amazed at how our littles have grown. These perfect bday crowns were made by @kellydanielle 👑
