Wet Hot Ameri-Kabinett Summer is here! A summer of shouting from the rooftops just how perfect Kabinett is, particularly for the balmy summer days ahead. It’s sunshine and joy in a glass, and it’s only 9% alcohol… a summer refresher begging for porch hangs, boat rides, and dock sits. It may be too early to say what the song of the summer will be, but already know that the wine of the summer is Kabinett.
⁣
We’re celebrating Kabinett all summer long, and you can bet we’ve got a few more puns up our sleeves. Shoot us some ideas for how to spread the good word about Kabinett if you have ‘em! #kabinett #wethotamerikabinettsummer #apollospraise #riesling by @apollospraise

It’s a busy Saturday here in the Finger Lakes, whether in the vineyard or the tasting barn, but Lahoma Sunrises never disappoint! taken in Lahoma Vineyards by @apollospraise

The dream team behind the hundreds (and hundreds!!) of boxes that have left our warehouses this past month. Notably missing the amazing Christine and Becky, who are key members of this crew! The Autumn wine release window has almost (but not quite!!) come to an end, but there’s no time like the present to say thanks to our incredible team and our amazing club members. #apollospraise #wineandgleeclub by @apollospraise

JK of course, she went on vacation! But no better event to return for than our third annual “Porchetta Party” with none other than our dear friends @rocandrell in Rochester. Reserve a plate in advance at the link in our bio (or on Tock), or come by anytime 12-4pm! Wines will be available by the bottle and glass all afternoon. Who needs porchetta on a piazza in Rome when you can have porchetta paired with Riesling at our vineyard barn?! #apollospraisetraveldiaries #wheninromeoratlahoma #porchetta #apollospraisechefcollab by @apollospraise

Can you tell Julia is excited that we started Vintage 2026 today? One ton of beautiful Pinot Noir came across the crush pad, with plans for Sekt and perhaps even Kabinett later next week. Here we go! by @apollospraise

We’ve been busy bottling and showing our wines, but now it is time to get down to business! So here’s a little bit of harvest chatter, weather musings, and a vineyard check in at The Knoll Chardonnay.

As always, thanks for following along! by @apollospraise

📣Attention, Wine & Glee Club Members!: Our Autumn Pick-Up day is tomorrow, Saturday 9/19. If you know us, you know how much we love the famous “gossip peanuts” made by the one and only @auntiemakeschapati … which we’ll be snacking on tomorrow! We might not have any tea to spill, but we have wine to pour and these spicy and savory peanuts pair great with wine. If you’re in the club, come by and taste the new wines, pick up your allocation, and say hello! #wineandgleeclub #apollospraise #xoxogossipgirl by @apollospraise

POV: Your small, but mighty team grows enough to hit the road and cover 4 sales territories in one day and your GM demands selfies to prove it! Kelby and Julia have been in the DMV all week, and Sarah and Jaret have been out and about in Rochester, Buffalo, and Ithaca. What a fantastic voyage up and down the East Coast and down and around Western New York it’s been this week! #apollospraisetraveldiaries #ontheroad #flxwineonthemove by @apollospraise
