Took a step forward towards my Yoga journey and it has been such an enriching experience. I feel Immensely grateful and blessed to have had this opportunity to learn from my teacher Vijay Sir. Your wisdom, kindness, and patience has helped me find peace, strength, and balance in my practice and life.

Finally a Certified Ashtanga Yoga Instructor and I look forward to what lies ahead to keep learning and helping others live a more healthy, and meaningful life.

The whole point of practicing asana is to train the mind. Because only if the mind is steady, the body can feel at ease.

Every time we hold an uncomfortable pose and do not panic and rush out of it, we are teaching our nervous system that discomfort is not danger, and we can stay.

The calmer we can be here, the calmer we remain when life brings something difficult, something that weighs on the mind.

Same muscle, the pose is just where we practice it first.
