Thanks everyone for coming last Friday! (Sorry for the belated post, was too excited about Aurora last weekend 😂) great work on the footwork drilling. Did a concept training on 3 steps combo with emphasis on different count then extend to cross steps/pas de bourree/loose leg. Keep practicing y’all! See you all next time 🏠❤️ (P.S. lmk if you’re not tagged)

Shavasana, or corpse pose, is not just lying on the floor and doing nothing. It is a practice of relaxing the body and mind with awareness and intention. It requires surrender and patience to let go of all the tension and stress that we accumulate in our daily lives. It is a pose of deep healing and peace. ☮️

Handstand, or downward facing tree pose, is not just standing on your hands and showing off. It is a practice of strengthening the body and mind with effort and focus. It requires courage and balance to overcome the fear of falling and the instability of the inverted position. It is a pose of empowerment and joy. 🌟
