We're so happy to be working with these beautiful Caparsa wines from Radda, in the Chianti Classico area of Tuscany. Often referred to as the Chambolle-Musigny of Chianti, Radda gives red fruited pure Sangiovese expressions and none more so than those from Paolo Cianferoni and his Family at Caparsa.

Awesome Symphonia lunch with winemaker Lilian Carter. So good to have her up in Sydney. The food at Spice Temple was delicious.
