Ok, we need to talk about the FOOD!!!! Obviously extremely important to us at our wedding that the food be amazing and @pipsplate @bush_icecreamery absolutely knocked it out of the park! Native Australian foods + the best local produce + personal connection + fire = the best meal ever 🫶 I’ll never forget the feeling of sitting at the table and watching all our friends and family absolutely LOVING every bite. Pip began with a gorgeous seafood raw bar with oysters and sashimi along with betel leaves and venison tartare nori crisps and then we moved into the meal where she served delicious beetroot and macadamia, slow cooked greens and courgette, whipped butter with @sonomabakery sourdough and smoked fish salad with radish. Then, the mains….Confit wallaby (a first for the Miami crew and they loved it!), potato rosti and grilled chicken with bunya nut miso. For dessert, Wal served “pudin de pan” and rice pudding with rum caramel and all you can eat vanilla ice cream. It was HEAVEN! And I wish I could do it all over again ❤️ thank you @pipsplate @bush_icecreamery and @bend_botella for the tremendous service. You all are 💯 and special mention to @grit_ceramics for the gorgeous serviceware and ceramics made for the night 😍
