WILD SUMMER FLOW RETREAT
MAMA ITALIA, here we come!

Who's joining us at @oleaitaly this summer for a juicy little yoga adventure?

July 4-11

A week of yoga and all its wonderful nonsense, sound healing and all that wonderful woo-woo, nature, nature, nature, rivers to swim in, delicious food, awesome international company, various workshops to learn or be crafty with your hands, to just chilling in the hammock under the Italian sun.

I'm so excited to soak up all that nature and to swim in all those wild waters in Lazio & Umbria region of Italy.

Check the link in my bio for more information and send me any questions if they pop up!

Much love,
Arben

A moment to pause. A space to breathe. A journey back to yourself. ✨

Let the sound carry you, the frequencies ground you, and the outside world fade away. 🎶 @thewhitedoorstudio @arbenthefruit taken in Amsterdam, Netherlands by @arbenthefruit

Sound healing gives your body something it rarely gets: permission to stop performing so you can rest in your own being. ✨

Sound vibrations that move your brain waves into a slower frequency, so that your active mind can reset or process in the subconscious. Your body can regenerate and you emotions can be heard more clearly.

Create space for rest with us each week, you can find sound healing on the schedule every day in various forms. 😌✨🤍 taken in Oracley by @arbenthefruit

My little gooslings, a new Gong, ground & supper is coming up next Friday, 28th of August!

I started this event because I love getting people together, i adore offering sound healing sessions and as I used work as a chef 500 years ago, I missed making food for people so I thought, why not combine it all. So, come check it out if you're free next Friday.

Make your evening extra juicy and join the 17.30 vinyasa class as well!

Much love, Arbss

Hey my little chickens! Guess what? We all love our amazing city, and its concrete or green spaces, buuuut just 20 minutes away there's the amazing Basecamp, and in caaaase you didnt know, on the 15th of August we're taking over the whole thing for Under the Sun Yoga Fest. Train, bus, bike, Uber, carrier pigeon, get creative, just get there, come have fun with us. Yes, we love yoga in the city, but swapping concrete for grass does something to you that four walls never will. And in anycase, best of the best will be there, so you've nothing to miss in town, and a whole lot to miss at Basecamp. Tickets are moving, don't be the last chicken to the coop. 🧡
