A moment to pause. A space to breathe. A journey back to yourself. ✨

The people are what make this place feel like home. 🤍

Our teachers, students, hosts and everyone who brings their own unique energy, passion and talents into this space. You are the heart of our community, and without you, DNYS simply wouldn’t be what it is today.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for showing up, sharing your energy and making this space what it is. We appreciate each and every one of you.

Namasté 🙏

Pilates instructor @fitbyfelice joined us for The Circle II with @ourlifeinmovement in September & what a pleasure it was to experience her wonderful practice!

The Circle is Bela Colina’s very own curated event for retreat leaders, facilitators, hosts, teachers and practitioners to take a break from hosting and share the space and the dinner table with likeminded individuals. A chance to exchange practices, knowledge and creativity.

Our next Circle is in 2 weeks! There maybe some tiny spaces left - drop us a DM or comment CIRCLE for more info ❤️⭕️.

The Circle 2027 brings something fresh and exciting 🌱, we’ll be releasing the details very soon.

Sound healing gives your body something it rarely gets: permission to stop performing so you can rest in your own being. ✨

Sound vibrations that move your brain waves into a slower frequency, so that your active mind can reset or process in the subconscious. Your body can regenerate and you emotions can be heard more clearly.

Create space for rest with us each week, you can find sound healing on the schedule every day in various forms. 😌✨🤍

Portugal was pure joy 🇵🇹
.
An incredible group of people, sharing, learning, loving, listening and inspiring each other!
.
@bela.colina is the most beautiful rustric retreat setting from the house, the studio, the kitchen and the setting it’s self, pure peace was all around us!
.
The food was delicious, the offerings were incredibly interesting and the company was pretty special!
.
Sometimes teaching yoga and hosting retreats can surprisingly be a lonely space and I opened up about my wavering mojo at the moment I arrived but boy has that been given a boost 🚀

A packed schedule that maintains peace and calm thanks to @steph.and.roses ⭕️✨

Four ways to be under the dome.

In 1933 Gerrit Rietveld designed a glass dome for the roof of the Metz building, commissioned by Metz & Co. It became a stage: according to Arcam, Le Corbusier and Mies van der Rohe showed their furniture there for the first time in the Netherlands. During Maison d’Artiste the room is in use again, four ways.

Sound — every day, 17:00–17:30. Half an hour of sound written for the dome by Devoonsounds: sound sculptures of recycled Carrara marble, by Joerie Gennisse. Fifteen places, free.

Circles — Friday, 13:00–15:00. Sami Abou Louh opens with a live set written for the Rietveldkoepel, a circular room high above the city. Then Loutje Hoekstra leads a line-drawing workshop: drawing as motion, flow and rhythm rather than structure. Fifteen places, free.

Yoga — Saturday, 10:00–11:30. Ninety minutes of yoga with Arben Sinani, then twenty minutes of sound healing by Devoonsounds. Bring your own mat. € 25, fifteen places.

The room itself — every day, 10:00–18:00. Walk up and stand under the glass.

17–19 September, 10:00–18:00
Metzgebouw, Leidsestraat 32–34, Amsterdam
Free entry

Holding space is about more than guiding a ceremony. It asks for presence, sensitivity, trust and the ability to stay grounded in what unfolds. 🤎

Our 8-Day Cacao Facilitator Training & More is designed for those who feel called to explore ceremonial work in a conscious, ethical and nervous system informed way.

Across eight days, you’ll deepen your own experience while learning how to guide others with care. From cacao preparation and somatic awareness to consent, regulation, integration and practical facilitation, the training brings together both personal process and professional skills.

Whether you already work as a yoga teacher, coach, bodyworker or facilitator, or simply feel curious about this path, you are welcome to begin from where you are.
