Meet Autumn

How long have you been training at Arctic Strength?
A year and a half

What made you choose Arctic Strength as your gym?
I choose this gym originally because of its location and it’s aesthetic look and the fact that It was familiar. In high school this was one of the gyms we had the opportunity of working out in for a day, and that helped me become more comfortable with the layout.

What is your favourite piece of equipment at Arctic Strength?
My favorite piece of equipment would be the stair master, l use it everyday during cardio and it has been amazing.

What would you say to someone who is new to fitness or hesitant about joining Arctic Strength?
To anyone new and may be hesitant about joining arctic strength, I would say take the leap! That’s the only way that I was able to meet the amazing gym community and the staff members that work there. Yes it may seem intimidating in the beginning, but trust me it is worth it. It will be the best decision you’ll ever make. taken in Arctic Strength by @arctic.strength
