Another @555cleanse cleanse FINITIO ✅

It’s been an amazing week , very different to all the cleanses I have done , gone through things , come out the other side

After finishing a heavy season of festivals with @konsciouskuisine , haven’t really had the chance to reflect back on everything until now

I Want to thank every land that held me , every direction that guided me , every thing with its own consciousness that played a part in my journey up until this very moment (literally )

I am not the same person as I started the summer season that’s for sure and this cleanse has allowed the past , including two eclipses 😭 and a few kilos of dust , sleeping raw on the ground on fields to wash over me and still knowing I am GOOD

Aho. Hello everybody. It is just 4 weeks to go until the 1st Medicine Wheel Festival on Berkeley Farm, Hainault. I’ve listed and scheduled the line up. See below. It’s 2 nights, arriving Friday 25th if you can make it. If you can only make the Saturday there is a discount code, just for the day. It’s SAT ONLY £45.

I hope as many of you can make it as possible. Carmel and Ardavan will be providing meals and refreshments at a reasonable price. We have wood for the fire, tipis are up and people committed. All we need now is YOU.

Friday 25th. Arrive 6pm
7pm, Opening Fire Ceremony & Fire Walking.
10pm, Fireside Community Meal & drum circle into the night.

The Heartist

This time The heartist will be performing with the H.O.P.E. Collective by @munaescoffery

My poetic name is The heartist and that truly resents my written work that comes from my own experience in life through dark and light. My work is a result of my own healing through various modalities and is an expression and extension of myself hence my work is to inspire others to speak and express for their mental wellbeing.

Over the last year, my good friend @deipchats started up a spoken word night after we attended a wonderful evening of poetry @the_postroom_cafe in #westlondon by @shekinahsingh_ - it was an inspiring time that's lead to a whole new creation.

DeepChats is a play on Deip's name and a tip of the hat to the kind of thought provoking sharings you'll hear at his nights. Normally the last Thursday of the month, we gather @clissoldarms . I've come to understand more about how we all have something to share, something to get off our chest, and I love that.
