Sometimes, the greatest gift is simply being given the space to share your voice. 🙏🏾

Feeling truly grateful and honoured to have been invited onto The Royally Rich Lifestyle Show, an opportunity to share a little more about who I am, what I do and, more importantly, WHY I do it.

From over two decades in health, fitness and personal development to the deeper work of empowerment, connection, self-discovery and community, it was a beautiful opportunity to bring these worlds together and share what I’m so passionate about.

A particularly meaningful part of the conversation was being able to shine a light on the Brotherhood Circle and the importance of creating spaces where men can come together, be heard, feel supported and connect beyond the expectations and pressures we often carry.

For me, empowerment isn’t just about pushing boundaries or overcoming challenges. It’s about creating awareness, building trust within ourselves, finding strength in vulnerability and recognising the power of genuine human connection.

These are the things that continue to inspire the work I do, whether through coaching, movement, empowerment experiences, ceremonies or simply bringing people together.

A heartfelt thank you to Ian and Helena for welcoming me onto the show, for your warmth, curiosity and generosity in giving me the platform to share these passions and experiences.

You both made the occasion incredibly special, powerful and memorable, and I’m genuinely grateful for the opportunity and the conversations we shared.

It’s moments like these that remind me why I do what I do. Not for recognition, but for the opportunity to reach, inspire and connect with others.

Because sometimes, one conversation can plant a seed that grows into something far greater. 🌱🚀

Gratitude always. Ahó

✨♾️✨

Today I ran 10k for myself. And it meant more than I expected.

Three days ago, I pulled a muscle behind my left knee and nearly pulled out. I’ve barely slept this week. Food hasn’t been great. Last night, we had no water at the in-laws’ house, then nearly a flood.

This morning, my little one was upset. Before anything else, I needed to be his dad. Help him settle. Be there.

Then I took a moment to check in with myself. My leg felt better. I listened to my body and that quiet voice inside me.

“Let’s give it a go.”

Classic jungle and drum and bass in my ears. One step, then another.

55 minutes. My best time.

Somewhere along the way, I got emotional. Looking at everyone running, wondering what had brought them there. Who they were running for. What they might be carrying that nobody could see. 🥺

I wasn’t running for a charity or a particular cause. I was doing something for me.

I don’t usually enjoy running. But today, I had a good time. The rhythm, the music, the breathing. It felt meditative. Space to think, feel and just be.

I hope sharing this encourages someone around me. A brother. A friend. Someone in my family.

And one day, my son.

I hope he sees that his dad had doubts too. That I listened to myself, made a choice and found something meaningful along the way.

Today, I’m proud of myself. Simple as that.
