Here is the birthday boy, loving the celebrations at school.

Luke: (琉加) (pronounced ‘lu-ku’)- his characters joining his Okinawan and Canadian roots. Two very different yet wonderful cultures.
But to us, he’ll always be Lukey Dukey 😉

Thank you Lord, for such a beautiful boy you’ve entrusted to us.

Well, it’s the first day of Autumn🍁

Why not dress up in your favourite glow-in-the-dark warmer pjs and your Jack Skellington toque?

Someone’s ready for Halloween 😉❤️

Sometimes a shoe will fly under the radar, and they could be bangers🔥
These were marketed as a lifestyle shoe but with trail running design language. And they have been heavily discounted since nobody has been buying them…
Which is a shame.
They had little to no break in time, and are extremely comfortable. They are the first pair I’ve had with Lightstrike and I’m really liking the bounce-back I’ve been getting in them. They seem to propel me upwards every time I step in them lol
The colour blocking and material paneling are really nice 🤔 Not really colours I would ever mix together, but somehow, they speak to me… lol 🤷🏻‍♂️

After a couple days’ use, the ‘Squatchcrush is already apparent… 😏

Day 3 of cultural icons that have just passed away.

Peter Cullen, best known for his voice being the voice of Optimus Prime. Many kids my age grew up listening to his deep bass of a voice, always believing the leader of the Autobots would forever protect mankind from destruction and evil. Optimus was an inspiration to many generations.

This one hurts too.

As a half a century old dad, gotta keep fit. I can still whoop my boys’ collective keisters. (My eldest would beg to differ… 😏)

To all my friends and fam: it’s never too late to get into shape. Take that first step. It’s definitely the hardest!

I think I’m enjoying this take on the Dark Knight. It’s different and changes the stories of many of the characters we know.
But it’s a bit refreshing, and I’m loving the Batman The Animated Series vibe. Season 2 has become really good!

Well, it’s official. Our little guy got his first, real haircut at the barber’s.
Now all our lads will have clean cuts, and daddy won’t need to ruin his lower back and knees anymore 😅
Thanks to Brenda at Dino’s Barber Shop in Kingston!
