@halfdays is officially the first women’s-only brand to partner with @goretexbrand  In 2022, when we were still a very young brand with a lot to prove, we reached out to GORE-TEX® wanting to create a product together. The answer was essentially, “not yet.” So we got to work. Over the last four years, we’ve gotten an inside look at how a company like Gore works. They’re highly selective about who they work with, and for good reason. The rigor, testing, attention to detail, and thoughtfulness behind Gore is on another level, and that same standard shows up in every person we’ve had the chance to work with there. Halfdays exists to bring more women to the outdoors, without ever asking them to compromise on performance, fit, style, or color. There’s always been an assumption that performance gear designed with women and style in mind somehow has to be less technical. We’ve never believed that, and we’ve spent the past four years continuing to prove that point. To our entire team at Halfdays who has worked tirelessly to bring this to life, and to everyone at Gore who believed in what we were building along the way, thank you. by @arianaferwerda
