@halfdays is officially the first women’s-only brand to partner with @goretexbrand  In 2022, when we were still a very young brand with a lot to prove, we reached out to GORE-TEX® wanting to create a product together. The answer was essentially, “not yet.” So we got to work. Over the last four years, we’ve gotten an inside look at how a company like Gore works. They’re highly selective about who they work with, and for good reason. The rigor, testing, attention to detail, and thoughtfulness behind Gore is on another level, and that same standard shows up in every person we’ve had the chance to work with there. Halfdays exists to bring more women to the outdoors, without ever asking them to compromise on performance, fit, style, or color. There’s always been an assumption that performance gear designed with women and style in mind somehow has to be less technical. We’ve never believed that, and we’ve spent the past four years continuing to prove that point. To our entire team at Halfdays who has worked tirelessly to bring this to life, and to everyone at Gore who believed in what we were building along the way, thank you.

This one is extra special for me. @halfdays was one of my first ever brand partners back in 2023, and being a part of this campaign was the most major dream come true. Back in January, I got to ski in the GORE-TEX® prototypes alongside one of my absolute best friends in the world @haydenkortemoore in Park City. We were asked to test the product on mountain and I was SO over the moon that the team wanted my feedback. Fast forward a few months and I found myself in the Halfdays GORE-TEX® facility with the team shooting the first leg of the campaign. For those of you who don’t know I write a list of career goals at the beginning of each year, and being in a ski campaign has been at the top of my list for the last 3. As if it couldn’t get any better, later on in the summer we went to New Zealand to shoot the on-mountain portion of the campaign. I skied in the Genevieve GORE-TEX® down + insulated kit and Betty GORE-TEX® shell kit and really put all of the pieces to the test. Halfdays is the first women’s only ski brand to collaborate with GORE-TEX® , and the attention to detail for fit and design did not go unnoticed. Every piece of the collection is tailored for women with GORE-TEX® function. To the @halfdays team, thank you for the opportunity to be a part of this, this has been a dream come true. Ski season can officially commence now because Halfdays GORE-TEX®  IS LIVE!!!!!!! @halfdays @goretexbrand
