My debut album, So Long, Sinnerstate! is officially out in the world today ❤️

I spent so many years and learned so much about myself while making this project. I hope this feels like a conversation between friends and inspires you in someway. This album was self-funded, self-made under my own record label, FigTree Records.

There are so many people to thank who helped make my dreams come true with this one. My mentor @sarahmacdougallmusic for always pushing me and bringing out the best in me as an artist @emmawhale_music for co-writing so many of these tracks with me and inspiring me in ways I didn’t know were possible.

To all the talented musicians, singers, engineers and friends who performed on this album and helped me hear the vision I always wanted @mattsoliveridrums @jeffrey.tsax @conmanbolo @chriswongmusic @benheffernanmusic @luizgrante @mari_hutten @patrickisbusy @avamhickey

And to my @shakykneesclub family. Without y’all I would’ve never gained the confidence to do this

Shoutout to @innatsnature for the epic photography & @maxschramp for the design of the album and CD’s.

I love music, I love it more than anything, and I can’t wait for you to listen beginning to end and fall in love with this album as much as I have! by @arianafig_

10/10 would recommend throwing a party after releasing your debut album🤘🏼 Thank you to everyone who came out, listened, bought merch, brought friends and supported a small independent album last Friday❤️

My band I rocked out and we’re gonna do it again this Saturday @bridgeworkscentral for the Road to @supercrawl

7 Years came from a @shakykneesclub songwriting prompt and found its home on my debut album. You can stream it anywhere you get your tunes❤️🪞

@arianafig_ first knew Dolly as Miley's godmother. Frank's kids knew Dolly as the kind who mailed them books in Nashville. However you met Dolly, she was an icon, and we tried to do her justice.

Well, September's Songs In The Round was one for the books! Many thanks to @glennpaul.music @thebassmachine for bringing rhythm to the show, jamming along to new songs from @frankfictionmusic @arianafig_ @mattyfxsimpson and making it sound like we almost know what we're doing! Fantastic night all around.

Many thanks, as always, to @matko.photo for the lovely shots.

Artist Spotlight 🤘 @arianafig_

Ariana Fig has the kind of artistic identity that’s difficult to manufacture: playful without becoming precious, emotionally open without oversharing, and just strange enough to keep you leaning in. There’s a distinct personality running through everything she does, making even her most immediate pop moments feel unmistakably her own.

‘So Long, Sinnerstate!’ captures an artist embracing growth without losing sight of where she began. The album broadens Fig’s songwriting into her most expansive work yet, while remaining firmly rooted in the personality that has always made her music distinctly her own. by @arianafig_

Ariana Fig song “I Hope You Love Me” is this CFMU’s Single of The Week 🤩📻

The song is hookey and lush, while still feeling vulnerable and honest. We caught up with @arianafig_ before her set at Supercrawl to learn a bit more about the song straight from the source 🗣️

It’s the second single off of the Hamilton folk-pop artist’s new record ‘So Long, Sinnerstate!’, which has spent more than 2 weeks at no.1 on the CFMU Weekly Charts! 📈💿

Tune in to 93.3 CFMU or visit our website to listen to Ariana’s music, and a variety of local talents, curated by the community for the community 🤘
