My son decided over the summer, going into his senior year that he was no only going to be a captain of the soccer team but also going to be a place kicker for the Spruce Creek Varsity football team. I’m a proud dad. Really proud! These boys battled this season, they had some adversity and pushed through and while the season did not end the way we hoped, or the way the boys and coach had planned they too, should be proud of their effort, hard work, growth and overall development.
