Training camp + EYC Imst

It's hard for me to put into words how crazy this month has been. I had a lot of fun and learnt a lot.

Training camp:
After a two-day stop in Budapest where we had one session and then took the time to explore this amazing city, it was time for the Innsbruck and Augsburg grind.

Innsbruck- Training was rough. A large portion of the time I felt like I wasn't able to perform at my level and it was frustrating. But honestly, I felt like it taught me so much and I improved a lot. The atmosphere was amazing, and even on the hard days, I still felt happy, inspired, and most of all psyched to keep pushing myself forward 👊.

Augsburg- After 2.5 weeks in Innsbruck, I had another week or so of training in Augsburg and it was great! This was my first time there, so trying some new route styles was a lot of fun, and training at a cool new place like the DAV is always very exciting. After Augsburg, we had a few very fun days in Munich and then it was time for Imst.

EYC Imst:
This was a very interesting experience for me. I hurt my ankle at the last day in Augsburg, and my finger started to hurt the morning of the comp. After taking it easy during the climbing days in Munich, I decided to push through it in the comp and on the activation day before that. On my first route, I was able to climb pretty well, but unfortunately, my go ended with a disappointing foot slip 😕.
After that, everything got worse. I wasn't able to properly warm up in between the routes because of the pain, and I basically limped my way to the wall for my second quali route. Needless to say, the comp didn't go the way I wanted.
Even though the comp was a disappointment, my time in Imst was a lot of fun. I had a great time traveling with the national tema and the @imst.2026 crew and made some great memories.

I'm super psyched to keep pushing, especially with the national season starting soon💪💪

וואללה שמבאס.
השנה הרגשתי שאני בא מוכן לאליפות גם פיזית וגם נפשית, ידעתי למה אני מסוגל ובאתי לתת בראש אבל זה לא קרה, לא טיפסתי הכי טוב שלי ועשיתי טעויות. אבל אני גם חושב שסך הכל הביצוע שלי היה לא רע.
אני מרגיש שהתהליך המנטלי שעברתי מהעונה הקודמת עד לעונה הזאת ניכר באיך שטיפסתי בשתי התחרויות האחרונות (גם אם התוצאות לא היו מה שציפיתי) , ובשבילי לסיים תחרות ולהגיד שטיפסתי "לא רע" זה ממש לא מובן מעליו.
יש עוד הרבה על מה לעבוד, לומדים לקחים וממשיכים קדימה.

Dr.Jekyll & Mr.Hyde 8a+ second go✅️
Felt more like 8a, but still a very fun route.

I also did Energizer 8a on my second go, but unfortunately, there is no video of that.

עונת הובלה 2025...

העונה הכי מאכזבת שהייתה לי עד עכשיו.
התאמנתי קשה ובאתי עם צפיות גבוהות מעצמי כי ידעתי למה אני מסוגל ובאיזה כושר אני מגיע, אבל בסופו של דבר הפסדתי ללחץ ומאוד מבאס שככה זה נגמר.

באותה נשימה אני מרגיש שהעונה הזאת לימדה אותי הרבה על עצמי ובעיקר על המקומות שצריכים יותר עבודה.

מחכה לחזור להתאמן ולהגיע מוכן יותר לעונה הבאה שכבר עוד רגע בפתח.
