South Downs Way 100

100 miles in under 24 hours. Covering the length of the South Downs Way from Winchester to Eastbourne. It was emotional. Thank you to my amazing wife and Crew Chief @tara.h.__ for always supporting me. And thanks to everyone who came out to support and donated to the fundraiser for @abigails_charity by @arloool

Friday night me and some friends took part in The Longbridge 100 Backyard Ultra. Which consist of running a 4.16 mile loop on the hour every hour until one runner remains. It was a brutal but beautiful experience. Respect to everyone who helped put on the event and all the runners. I managed a distance PB of 54 miles and the winner managed 31 laps (133 miles) 🤯 by @arloool
