UK ISA Rigger Cert. First time as instructor, it was a good time! We got lucky weather wise for UK standards. Got to meet the local crew, everyone was solid! Thank you, everyone!

Sometimes it can be hard to understand everything that goes on and why but there are a few things that have happened in the last few years that require no explanation or deeper thinking. When I met the people at Chelmsford Mountaineering club through my friend Kev i was instantly treated like one of them and this year’s end of year social again cemented that. Lovely people who I’m so pleased I met. I met my amazing girlfriend Hannah through the club as well ❤️. Kev, Brad and I won the l’Alpinist award and they won an award for saving me on Alpamayo. I have met more great people in the last few weeks on a technical rigging job and my Sister and Nephew have come back from Ghana 🙌 and it was my best mates 40th! Now time to get in the mountains and get training. What a few weeks it’s been #climbing #mountains #family #lucky

🌟 Celebrate Wins, Celebrate Friendship 🌟

Life’s too short to scroll past your friend’s victories. Let’s lift each other up and celebrate every success—big or small! 🎉

If you’ve got folks who don’t cheer when you succeed, pause and reflect. Maybe they’re not meant for your journey. 🤔

Be the friend who shows up, supports, and celebrates. You’ll find the joy you give returns to you tenfold. Your friend’s wins are your wins, too. Together, we’re stronger. 💪✨

Here’s to friends who light up our toughest days. Thank you for being amazing! Keep shining—I’m cheering for you! 🙌💖

Just tackled the Longbridge 100 with the boys—what an incredible event! Huge shoutout to Darren for organizing such a phenomenal experience. It was tough, especially with fueling, but I learned a ton. Ready to come back stronger next time. Big kudos to everyone, including some truly inspiring racers. Life’s been challenging these last 6 months, and it definitely showed during the race. Now it’s time to relax, recharge, and plan my comeback. Well done to my crew and everyone involved! 🙌 #coaching #mindsetcoach #mindset #mindsetmatters #alcoholfree #alcoholfreelife #alcoholdependency #positivepsychologycoaching #stress #stressrelief #anxiety #anxietyrelief #community #veteran #veteranownedbusiness #ptsd #ptsdawareness #accountability #nlp #positivity #ultra #ultrarunning #mountains #mountaineering #healthyhabits #career #positivity #consistency #discipline #longbridge100backyardultra

A collection of photos from Fridays wedding. Sunflowers and gerberas bringing the summer vibes ☀️

Sunflowers happen to be one of my favourite flowers, so I was really excited to work with them 🌻

I feel so happy to have been part of some of my best friends big day @arloool @tara_fay, hoping the flowers brought some extra joy to a day already filled with masses of love! 💛

Busy dismantling today for the crew. One awkward dead pine to rig around an out building some conifers to follow and a small fir removed. #treesurgeonuk #sussex #arblife #treesurgeonuk #treecare #arboristsofinstagram #pine
