Since @jaxson.mace posted an amazing Transformation Tuesday, I thought why not take a look back ourselves?

2 years and 3 months ago, @nicenutrition.rd and I did our first bulk/prep for a Natural Classic physique show.

After that we had a vision and ran with it. A lot, I mean a lot has gone into this transformation.
This is the by-product of living and breathing bodybuilding 24/7. Just ask @lexi__martin 😅
Now the obvious, Yes, PEDs being implemented change the game. But you can’t buy or inject the foundation that you need to make a change like this.
You still need to do the basics day in and day out, there is no shortcut for that.

Thats where you find out who wants it bad enough.

MORNING OF SHOWS

Seeing these should makes you realize just how important consistency can be.

Each day, each meal, each workout. All compounds into change. It’s your choice whether that change is good or bad.

We noted what we did to get this kind of change, now we just wash, rinse and repeat. It’s that simple, once you find what works for you. Then all you have to do is stick to do day in and day out!

I heard a professional Bodybuilder once say “bodybuilding should get simpler and easier as you progress “ and that is nothing but the truth.

Extremely happy with these changes but still hungry for more improvements. We have a plan, just need time.

Cardio at 3:30am , Check ins at 4:00am, pack meals and eat breakfast at 4:45am, head to work at 5:30am.
Thats how bad I want it..

That has been my morning routine 4 days a week the past 4 weeks in prep. And let me tell you, it’s making me catch a stride I never knew I had.
I get so excited at night just to wake up and get to do it all over again, it’s a privilege if you really think about it.

Having a Scoop of @axeandsledge 212° Thermo pre cardio has got my mornings off to an excellent start. Highly recommended if you want to some assistance burning some fat, and a little energy in the morning!

I may have lost my show, but I win every day in life.
This life we are creating together, is something I will always cherish and be grateful for. We get to push eachother, help eachother, and challenge eachother every day. All with intent and purpose to be the best version of ourselves we can be.

Seeing how far we both have come and seeing how far we can go, is so inspiring to myself and I hope it is for others that watch our content!
Seeing how Lexi has adapted to this lifestyle and took it by the balls is so motivating. She has the resilience but just had to find it, now she’s running with it.

Happy but never satisfied.

6th in Open Class B
1st in Novice Class B
1st in True Novice B

@nicenutrition.rd and I set out to do this show with the intent to see where we stand in the NPC as a beginner, and we did just that!
We are happy with what we brought although there was certain things that weren’t executed properly and it is no one’s fault but my own, we note it and learn for next time.
We may have got a win but we still have the taste of loss in our mouth and that will fuel the fire to be better, no excuses.
With that being said, this was my first NPC show so I still need to remind myself how grateful/proud I am to walk away with anything. (Thank you @doyougem for telling me that)

Enough of that, Most importantly I want to say THANK YOU ALL. For every encouraging comment, message, like, repost, or just following along to see how I do. That shit pushed me when I didn’t feel like going at times. I knew people were watching, had expectations, and part of me didn’t want to let anyone down. Although I may not have met some of those expectations (even of my own) I still am proud of what we did for the second time on a bodybuilding stage.

For now we go into a health phase, get the body in a good spot then it’s time to grow!
