Let it be known every thought that crosses your mind is achievable if you want it. The only thing holding you back is you. Always has, always will. If you let it. You have the cards in your hand, go all in or fold. It’s on you.

Format idea from the homie @t0nyt0neup

All these pictures are from so long ago, and man I can’t express the excitement I have to do it all over again.

Forget the noise. Forget the distractions. Forget the voice in your head. Forget it. Go all in, bet on yourself every time. No time for doubt. No time for fear. All you, everyday. Run it. 🔒🤙🏻

Remind yourself who the fuck you are.

It’s been a while since I’ve felt this confident in my ability. Nothing left to do but to do it. The best I can. Time to give it all I got. 52 weeks. Let’s see what this washed up bodybuilder can do. 🔒

Thankful for the strength to keep putting in the work. It’s a blessing to be tired. No speeches. No excuses. Just keep showing up.

Love y’all ❤️🤙🏻

Some of my fav shots from this weekend brought to you by my guy @chncy.vsl 📸

As I said before, very happy with what I brought this weekend and it’s the first time I can say that after a bodybuilding show.

No better feeling than that bc at the end of the day, bringing your best is all you can control.

Now I’m itching to get back in the gym to improve the weaknesses, but taking the week to rest post comp.

And I HATE resting lol. Literally can’t stand it.

Missing a day I’d normally be in the gym pisses me off way more than it probably should.

But that also tells me something.

I rely on the gym to make me happy more than I should.

Not a good thing.

You can’t rely on worldly things to give you peace or happiness.

See where I’m going with this? ;)
✝️

Good reminder for me this week.

one thing about the gym, is that it brings people together. you get to share and bounce training methods off of each other, try new techniques and do so together, while enjoying something you both have a passion for.

@arm.dree ; you’re a G bro. You look incredible and I can’t wait to continue watching your growth/journey both in and out of the gym. You’re welcome at @wolfgyms_northwales anytime and always. 🫱🏽‍🫲🏼

6 months post-show (June->Dec) and up a solid 35 pounds since stepping on stage and taking home 🥇 at his first OCB show in Classic Physique.

The plan now is to transition from competing in OCB to entering an NPC natural show later in 2025.

Tis the growing season.
