Calgary friends, we’re thrilled to be pouring the wines from @armandheitz at @pastiche.yyc on September 26.

Join us for a Wine Pairing dinner with Aurélien Bigot from Domaine Armand Heitz. From Burgundy to Beaujolais, the philosophy at Armand Heitz is simply, “work with nature”. With a focus on eco diversity and minimal intervention in the winery, Domaine Armand Heitz produces a range of incredible burgundy from Vin de France to Grand Cru.

With Chef Kyle Opel in the kitchen, the menu will focus on pairing the incredible line-up of wines with classic Pastiche flavours - rich yet balanced, French inspired, elevated bistro food.

Tickets are $195 per person. Reserve your seat by tapping the link in out bio of contacting @pastiche.yyc by @armandheitz
