Just before the intense first week of my exhibition, I had the pleasure of reconnecting with extreme sports at the first FISE Essonne, working with @stoop_creative for @hurricane.group and @fiseworld.

I wanted to make an exhibition to see my work on paper, play with formats and textures, and experience the photographs in a physical space.

Putting it together was intense. Making a selection, thinking in three dimensions, and seeing how the images work together in a room.

My mom and grandma have both exhibited their art and have always been important examples for me. My mom also helped me a lot throughout the process, especially with her experience in scenography.

I didn’t expect so many people to come. Seeing people stop, look, ask questions and choose their favourite works has probably been the best part. It’s interesting to see how differently everyone connects with the same images.

Seeing everything on the walls has also given me plenty of new ideas for what comes next.

And I feel very lucky to have found the perfect partner for projects like this 😌 a mix of patience, high standards and freedom.

J’avais envie de faire une exposition pour voir mon travail sur papier, jouer avec les formats et les textures, et faire exister les photographies dans un espace physique.

La préparation a été intense. Faire une sélection, penser en trois dimensions et voir comment les images fonctionnent ensemble dans un espace.

Ma mère et ma grand-mère ont toutes les deux exposé leur travail et ont toujours été des exemples importants pour moi. Ma mère m’a aussi beaucoup aidé tout au long du processus, notamment grâce à son expérience en scénographie.

Je ne m’attendais pas à voir autant de monde. Voir les gens s’arrêter, regarder, poser des questions et choisir leurs œuvres préférées a probablement été la plus belle partie de l’expérience. C’est intéressant de voir à quel point chacun peut être sensible différemment aux mêmes images.

Voir tout ce travail sur les murs m’a aussi donné plein de nouvelles idées pour la suite.

Et je me sens très chanceux d’avoir trouvé la partenaire idéale pour ce genre de projets 😌 un mélange de patience, d’exigence et de liberté.

Art as craft, discipline, and the relentless pursuit of form. Beauty on top. Ateliers, galleries, poetry: France has taught the world that culture can be a language of excellence, a mark of distinction. Basketball is simply another tool to tell the same story.

Since the very first @fibawwc in Santiago de Chile, the French national team had never stood on a podium. No bronze. No silver. No gold around their necks. It took 73 years. And now, it looks like the perfect sculpture has finally come to life. They are leaving everyone speechless, frozen in thought like Auguste Rodin’s Le Penseur.

Forty minutes stand between them and glory. This is not just offensive basketball. It is the craft of creation. It is Gabby Williams making the difficult look effortless. It is Marine Johannes’ wizardry. It is five players moving to the rhythm of a unique Marseillaise.

@equipedefrancebasket transform matter into form. Iron in motion, five players forged into a single figure. La forme et la matière. Le geste juste. Let the craftsmanship begin. À la française. C’est magnifique.

Last game of the summer with the French National Basketball Team.

For this final one, I wanted to put the focus firmly on basketball. Showing the essence of the sport while also responding to the assignments and the demand. « Artsy » is on the side on this one, but many more to come.

Next up: major milestones with this team, the final qualification windows, and the 2027 FIBA Basketball World Cup.
