Chicago, March 19–20, 2026 — Over the next few weeks we will be highlighting each speaker from the 2026 In-House In-Focus In-Person conference in the order in which they were scheduled over the two days of the event. While we can’t cover everything they shared with our audience we will be focusing on some of the highlights. As a general overview of the two days it was interesting to see that creativity was a common thread. Creativity through collaboration, by asking questions, and as a lived experience to integrate into work and life alike. We also heard a lot about trust. How to enable trust, how to strengthen trust, and the value of trust. Trust within a team, about a brand, in ourselves… It was also evident that collaboration is something that defines the in-house experience at a deeper level than most agency experiences. Internally you are collaborating within your team, across departments, up and down the ladder, and more. This is ⓶⓸. — We met in 1996 and got married in 2001. ❤️ I could list all the things we have done in 24 years of marriage, or the 29 years we have known each other. Homes, kids, pets, jobs, moves, etc… but more fun, fulfilling, and rewarding in all aspects of our daily lives is hosting 32 conferences since 2010. Starting from last month and looking back event-by-event we turn into babies who had a budding dream — a dream that is revived and reviewed with each venue booked. ❤️ Good thing we have several venues booked out! Two weeks ago we held the inaugural In-house In-focus In-person conference (@inhouseinfocus) in Dallas, TX, and it was so much fun — “fun” being a loose term that encompasses equal amounts of joy and panic — to have that feeling again of “will this actually work?”. It did! And, as always no one better to do it with than @bryonygp Can’t wait to give it another go next year in Chicago, IL. (Save the date: March 19 – 20, 2026!) by @arminvit
