CrossFit gave me purpose, confidence, and a community that changed my life. Now it’s time to give back and help others find what I found.

Kipping gets you there.

Strict makes sure you deserve to be there.

Train both. 💪

To all my non-Iranian friends:
As you may have heard, my friends and family are fighting for their freedom in Iran. The greatest fight of human rights and feminism is happening in Iran.
The internet connection has been shut down in Iran so we need your support. BE OUR VOICE! Say her name!
I am singing this song for all my brothers and sisters in Iran. Im singing this for Mahsa.
Let there be freedom…
—————————————-
