What an incredible weekend…

We managed, even if only for one evening, to bring together the people dearest to us for a moment that was entirely about Iren and me.
For those of you who couldn’t make it, we felt you celebrating and getting excited with us throughout the entire evening, and we’ll celebrate together at the next opportunity.

So much emotion and energy went into the months of preparing for this event of ours.
I can say that the pressure finally did its thing, and on our wedding day, everything exploded — lighting up the sky in a wide spectrum of beautiful colors.
The love we received from our family and friends filled us to the brim and spilled out in a powerful stream.

Asking for help has never been my strong suit, but over the past few months I found myself needing it — and this time, I didn’t hesitate to ask.
Whether it was a small task or a big one, our friends and family stepped up, took things on, and helped us immensely. More than words can describe.

Iren and I are lucky. At least twice over.
Once, for finding each other.
And a second time, for having all of you in our lives.

Happy birthday my love.
Technically I am one day late with this post by my heart, body and soul were present with you for the last few weeks in an intensity I’ve never experienced before.

Celebrating you should be a global holiday as you are a force in this world that cannot be kept secret.

I’ve had the privilege to celebrate you in the last 3 years and it’s been a ride to remember.

I’ve watched you grow in so many aspects.
As a woman, a partner, a boss woman, and a friend.
You are the engine to our ever growing family, community, and everything and everyone you touch, physically and emotionally.
We are blessed to walk beside you on this beautiful journey called life.

Don’t you change a thing, keep pushing boundaries, because god knows you are the real light.

Do not compromise on your truth, because your inner compass is in tune with what’s right and beautiful in the world.

⁨ עוד פעם בדרכים….
תפקיד חדש, יותר אחריות, עוד משקל על הכתפיים.
כנס עבודה, פגישות עם לקוחות פוטנציאליים, קצת happy hour, והרבה בונדינג בצוות המדהים שאני עובד איתו.

מרגיש לי שלמרות האחריות הנוספת, אני מתאמץ פחות כי הראש שלי והגוף נמצאים קרוב ללב.
זו הרגשה כל כך ממכרת, להיות באיזון כזה שנותן לי רוגע.
מין תחושת מסוגלות כזו שגורמת לי להעז ולחלום על אתגרים והרפתקאות נוספות שלא נתתי להן מקום בעבר.
מהמקום הזה גם משפחה וילדים הן מחשבה שנזרעה לי בראש כשפגשתי אותה…
(ספויילר, אין פה שום הכרזות, נא להירגע).

הכוח המניע שלי בשנים האחרונות זו האישה הזו שעומדת לצידי, במלוא תפארתה, מלכת ברוקלין רבתי.
והדבר החשוב מכל הוא שהיא לא רק נותנת לי את הכוח, אלא גם מלמדת אותי בסבלנות איך להשתמש בכוח הפנימי שלי, והוא חזק!

אהובתי,
את מתחילה היום הסמכה מתקדמת להדרכת יוגה.
היוגה כחלק מדרך החיים , גרמה לי לעיקום האף ומבוכה כשהחלטת שזה מה שטוב לנו כל בוקר.
הרי לשבת ישיבה מזרחית לא הייתה חלק מסל הכלים שלי ובכללי העדפתי לשבת על כיסא כמו בנאדם נורמטיבי, או לפחות ככה הגוף הלא גמיש שלי הרגיש.
אבל את, בלתי מתפשרת בגישה שלך, הצורך לתקן ולשפר היכן שצריך, הדחיפה למקומות הנכונים, עם שילוב של גמישות מחשבתית ופיזית, האריכו את חיי, יציבתי, ואת הרצון להתמודד עם קשיים גם כשלא מתאים…

אני מאחל לכל אחד ואחת שעוברים אצלך בסטודיו לחוות אפילו רק חלקיק מהתהליך שאני עובר בשנתיים האחרונות עם היוגה תחת כנפייך.

ולך, לך אני יכול רק לאחל שלא תשתני!
בזמן שלך, עם חשיבה מראש והפקת לקחים, תרגול פיזי ונפשי, תמשיכי לגדול ולהעמיק את הקשר אל מה שעושה לך טוב.
תתנסי, תלמדי בעצמך, תיכשלי( כי זה גם חשוב ובעיקר לדעת איך לקום משם), ותצליחי בגדול.

Such a cool neighborhood we’re living in !

We had a spontaneous gathering last night which turned into a beautiful intimate performance by the amazing celine Iris who shared a few of her soon to be released songs.

This idea of sharing our home as a stage to creative souls in the neighborhood was something me and Iren were thinking a lot about in the last few months.
We are very happy this first spontaneous experience happened.

thank you Celine for blessing us with your beautiful voice, and thank you everyone who showed up and contributed to the awesome vibes.

We are looking forward to many more of these “Art Salon” gatherings at our house of movement. by @art.irka

Performance: “Flowers Are Veil”

In shadow and flame, three figures gather us into their circle, the weight of ritual, and the fire that dares u to leap. The veil opens, the crowns released. Light shifts, the flower shimmers - yet in the search we reveal ourselves.
Not a spectacle but a ceremony: a communion of seekers, a blooming of what has always lived within.

When your ADHD isn’t even diagnosed, but the people around you see it more clearly than you do and respond with even more love, that’s when you know you’ve found your family by choice 🤍

When you’re indecisive and can never decide which video is the “best” one or the “right” one - just make art out of it…

My psychologist has been guiding me to make some changes, and I guess it’s working. I’m a perfectionist, but I’m challenging myself to share one improvisation on my story every day for 30 days! small or big.
