Earlier this autumn, artist Jo Lindsay (@jolindsaydance) headed to Catalonia for the SPASA Summer Academy, supported by Surge (@surgescotland) and Articulation.

🎉 Team Articulation at Fira Tàrrega

Our team are delighted to be hosting a Scottish Outdoor Arts and Circus stall at this year's Fira Tàrrega! We’ll be joined by representatives from All or Nothing Aerial Dance Theatre (@allornothingadt), Surge (@surgescotland), and MoonSlide (@moonslidearts) as part of our ongoing advocacy work to champion our sector.

We'll also join Outdoor Arts UK (@outdoorartsuk), Without Walls UK (@withoutwalls.uk) and Xtrax (@xtraxarts) for a four nations networking event on Saturday 12 September, giving international delegates the opportunity to meet festivals, programmers, and artists from across the UK.

✨ Articulation at Edinburgh Fringe Central - Wednesday 26 August

Roundtable - Space to Talk: Consent in the Arts with @theflapsproject

This session invites participants to share their experiences, reflect on what consent looks like in our own creative practice, and take time to consider how we can champion safer, more respectful spaces across the sector, wherever we are based. The discussion will be gently guided to support open, honest dialogue in a safe and respectful environment.

Come along to chat about your wins and your challenges with peers who understand the complexities of outdoor and circus performance. Pop in for as long or short as you like, bring your flyers, and enjoy the complimentary refreshments!
