Happy Birthday Jin! 💜💜💜

Celebrating Jin’s brithday this year with a birthday collab, hosted by the amazing @cheirakami !

Thank you for letting me join the collab!

The topic of this collab was Jin’s new album “Happy”!

I chose the song “Antoher level” to take inspiration from for this piece. The song sounds like the theme to a video game, and Jin talked about the inspiration behind it being to imagine oneself as the main character of a video game, so that’s what I was going for in this piece (hence the healthbar in the lower right corner)

The Hashtag for this collab is #runningwildtoanotherlevel

Please use it to check out the works of all the other amazing artists who participated in this collab! They did an amazing job so please go and show them your support! You can find their profiles here!

I haven’t really been active here and posting in about 2 years and joining a collab really takes me back to the first year of this account, where I joined a lot of collabs. I really like collabs because it feels like we’re all drawing together as a group, even though we are all working on our individual works. So thanks for bringing that back! Hopefully this post marks the start of me posting here more frequently again (fingers crossed🤞)

And so another artful year has passed 🖌

Happy new year!

I think I’ve drawn more in 2022 than in 2021, which I’m happy about. Still, even if I hadn’t, I would be quite happy with my art in 2022 since many of my favorite pieces I’ve done were drawn this year 😊

Hopefully 2023 will be a great art year, and I hope I’ll feel a more definite improvement of my drawing skills, more than I did in 2022.

Also…I’ve clearly switched over to only drawing anime art this year…

❤️🧡💛💚💙💜

Falco!
My iPad pencil has been missing for almost 2 months 😩
But maybe that’s a good thing so I can’t work too long on this one 🤷‍♀️

Also, can you find the ’running theme’ of my 3 latest posts?
