I want you to believe... to believe in things that you cannot. ~ Dracula

This is my (very late) entry for this collab. Seokjin as Dracula.

I didn’t add a lot of details about « vampire » because I wanted this artwork to be simple ✨

You fancy me mad. Madmen know nothing. But you should have seen me.

This is a drawing illustrating the Telltale Heart by Edgar Allen Poe for a classic literature collab! Enjoy 🥰

TW // Blood
"The thing was still loathsome - more loathsome, if possible, than before - and the scarlet dew that spotted the had seemed brighter, and more like blood newly spilt. [...] For it was an unjust mirror, this mirror of his soul that he was looking at"

Yay, the first ever collab I've hosted ^^
The #btslitcollab was about choosing a piece of literature and dawing a piece inspired by that and all the entries look so amazing and stunning T-T
I even was introduced to a few new books/stories I didn't know before ^^

My piece was inspired by "The Picture of Dorian Gray" by Oscar Wilde. It is about a young, handsome man who's superficial signs of aging and destruction of the body are being taken up by a painting made of him in his early youth. He is thus able to live his life nearly consequence free and is by that driven to a life of recklessness and cruelty (including murder). Also this book is so friggin' gay, I can't, and this is the version sensored by the publishers xD

Please check out all the lovely participants who made this collab possible <3

"If I
Someone's strength
Someone's light
I wish I could be a
Piece of peace"

Happy Birthday Hobi, thank you for being the amazing person you are <3

This piece was part of a collab for Hobi's birthday, where all participants chose a solo by him and drew something inspired by that song
I chose P.O.P (Piece of Peace) where he admits that he can't solve all of the world's problems but expresses his wish to contribute to someone's personal peace through his music, thus becoming "a piece of peace"
It's a really touching song and I tried to express his message through my art. He's surrounded by the music that springs from his heart and illuminates his surroundings, giving light to him and others. A little easteregg is that the notes shown are excerpts from "Blue Side" which is another song that's dear to my heart.

Also please ignore the fact that the light of his heart is on his right and not his left, I got confused xD

This is the artwork that took me a century to finish(jok)
Check out the details👀(poured my blood, sweat, and tears into this thing💦)—>
