We’re HCPC registered art psychotherapists and the founders of #artspace.

We create bespoke #arttherapy informed #creativeworkshops that invite people to pause, connect and rediscover creativity in everyday life.

We believe #art is more than something you’re ‘good at’ – for us it's a way of thinking, feeling, exploring and bringing a little more joy into the world. From paint-covered tables to thoughtful conversations, creativity is at the heart of how we live and work.

Today at artspace, we may not be physically together, but we are still creating alongside one another from our own studios.

Todays artwork was inspired by a pill from the @poetry_pharmacy_ from their prescription for compassion.

Again and again, we return to the art materials themselves. Not as an obligation, but as a way of staying connected to what we offer to others — and to ourselves.

There is something quietly sustaining in the act of making. In the feel of paper, the movement of the hand and the interaction between material and surface.

Even across distance, creativity continues to nurture connection and spark fresh perspectives.

Care grows through moments of attention and touch, where doing becomes a form of listening and making offers space to breathe, reflect and reconnect.

Today we delivered an artspace creative taster box to the wonderful @courageous_art_therapy HQ, also known as Nina’s dinner table.

A reminder that creativity does not need perfect conditions to begin. It can happen in everyday spaces, with simple materials, honest conversation and a willingness to pause for a moment.

At artspace, we believe creativity is more than making art. It is a way of reconnecting — with ourselves, with others and with the parts of us that can become quiet beneath the noise of busy life and work.

Creative engagement supports mental wellbeing, encourages reflection, inspires new thinking and allows both the practical and emotional parts of the brain to work together. But perhaps most importantly, it creates connection and community.
