Next event info 👇The thing I loved most about Rage Art (over going to a rage room) is you have a piece of art to take home with you!

I don't know the last time I painted or created a piece of art 🥹 I pretended to be Jackson Pollock and throw paint all around - it was soooo exhilarating. It turned out to be way less rage full and more of a joyous emotional release. ☺️

Here is the next event info:

Downtown Las Vegas, join us this SUNDAY for a flow state experience designed to help you slow down, move, create, and let go. ✨

We’ll begin with an intentional yoga flow led by @kimberleelafineart, moving your body and grounding into the present moment, followed by expressive art with @leahdevora where you’ll have space to create freely and express whatever comes up. 🎨🧘‍♀️

No art experience needed — just come as you are.

If you’re looking for things to do in Las Vegas this weekend, a creative way to reconnect with yourself, or a different kind of yoga + art experience, this one’s for you. 💫

Your permission slip to do something that feels good just because.

Two things really. ✨

Move your body.
Breathe deeply.
Get paint on your hands.
Make something simply to make something.

We’ll combine gentle yoga with expressive painting to create a little pocket of time where you don’t have to perform, achieve, optimize, or get anywhere.

Just be here.

And see what emerges.

No experience necessary. Just wear something you can move and maybe get messy in.

This Sunday, October 11
1-3pm
