Recovery just got an upgrade.

I’m excited to officially offer Electrons+ as an add-on to your massage and stretch sessions.

Think less pain, better movement, and recovery that keeps working after you leave the table.

Scottsdale, Arizona ✨ July 10–12

This weekend was more than a mastermind—it was confirmation.

I walked away with a full heart, new friendships, fresh perspective, and the reassurance that I’m exactly where I’m supposed to be. I had the opportunity to meet so many incredible practitioners from different backgrounds and personalities, and somehow we all fit together perfectly. There was no gatekeeping, no competition—just genuine encouragement, shared knowledge, and a collective desire to help each other grow.

One of my biggest personal wins? I did something I never thought I’d do… I went hiking! 🥾🏜️ Sometimes growth happens outside of your comfort zone, and that hike reminded me that the best views come after taking the first step.

Being part of the E+ family has truly been life-changing. To be the only E+ practitioner in the state of Virginia is an honor that I don’t take lightly. I’m grateful for the trust, education, mentorship, and community that continues to challenge me to move with intention, trust my intuition, and become a better practitioner every single day.

This is only the beginning, and I’m excited to bring everything I’ve learned back home to continue serving my clients at an even higher level.

Thank you to everyone who made this weekend unforgettable. Here’s to continued growth, meaningful connections, and changing lives—one session at a time. 💙

Some goals can wait—self-care can’t. 💆🏽‍♀️

Even if a few resolutions fall off (looking at you, daily workouts 😅), make sure taking care of YOU doesn’t. Stretch, breathe, hydrate—and let me help you reset with a massage.

Trust me, a little self-care now means a lot less tension later. 💆🏽‍♀️

Quick self-care check-in:

Have you stretched, hydrated, and taken a deep breath today? Small moments of care make a big difference.

Massage isn’t just for the body, it’s for the mind too. 💆🏾‍♀️
This #WorldMentalHealthDay, take a break, release tension, and reset—because you deserve peace. Your mind needs a massage just as much as your body does.
