⚠️EMOTIONAL TRAUMA RELEASE⚠️ Wait until the end to see Mark’s Mobility Move at the end to keep the spine healthy! Many of us have heard the phrase, “the body keeps the score.” While emotions aren’t literally stored in our muscles, science shows that chronic emotional stress and trauma can leave lasting patterns in the nervous system. These patterns may show up as muscle tension, postural imbalances, shallow breathing, restricted movement, or even pain. When we experience overwhelming stress, our bodies naturally shift into survival mode, fight or flight. If those responses aren’t fully resolved, the nervous system can continue to hold onto those protective patterns long after the event has passed. Over time, this can affect how we move, breathe, and feel in our bodies. Bodywork therapy offers a safe, supportive space to help unwind these patterns. Through intentional and mindful touch affecting nervous system regulation, the body can begin to relax and release out of its protective state. As tension softens, some people experience an emotional release of tears, laughter, anger, unexpected memories, or simply a deep sense of peace. Others may notice only physical relief. Every experience is different, and all are valid. Healing doesn’t always happen through talking. Sometimes the body needs the opportunity to feel safe enough to let go. He survived. It was supposed to be a routine jump. Then everything went wrong. His main parachute never opened. Last weekend I attended my first of many Electron Plus Masterminds in Scottsdale, AZ. Thinking I would just be meeting new people, learning new techniques and more about the device… I got that plus more. I left with a new family and a renewed mind, body, and spirit. It was such a blessing to be in a room with 50+ amazing and talented healers sharing their gifts, knowledge, and expertise. The energy was so positive. The feeling was so pure. I loved every second I spent with these amazing humans. I’m still buzzing. This was life changing, and I’ll share more when the time is right. Last weekend was an answered prayer in itself. I am honored to be part of the E+ family. One of the best decisions and investments of my life 🫶🏾💫 I want to say again thank you to Simon and Michelle and the whole @electronsplus family for welcoming me in with open arms. And I want to thank @kamebodywork for introducing me to E+ and finally getting to meet in person after all these years! I will never forget this magical weekend! Love you all! 🫶🏾

Just wrapped up an incredible weekend at the Electrons Plus Mastermind. I was surrounded by brilliant practitioners sharing real, life-changing knowledge. ⚡️🔋💡 I was all in: Learning, connecting, and soaking up wisdom from fellow healers who are just as passionate about blending science and soul. We dove deep into clinical gems such as post-op support, shoulder release, pelvic and hip flexor focus, and so much more! This is the kind of work that transforms recovery. But what moved me most? The space we made for the ✨️WooWoo✨ Because I’m realizing more and more is that I have clients that don’t just come to me for manual therapy. They come to release what’s been held: The old stories, the stored tension, the emotional weight that lives in the body. And I’m here for it! Blending precision with presence. Technique with tenderness. Evidence with energy. .expand. || E+ Mastermind 2026 Scottsdale, AZ I'm not sure if words can accurately describe the impact of three days in the desert. However the one that comes close is transformative. There were lots of breakthroughs, growth and encouragement the entire weekend. I am coming back with a lot less fear! And some new skills to add to the toolbox. The most special part of the weekend was it's dedication to Stan Jaacks. A full circle moment to have our Mastermind back in Scottsdale shortly after his passing.
