Artist Spotlight 🌳 ARYA // KARVI S 🌳

A long time friend of the Church, Arya has been a prominent artist in the Australian psychedelic scene for the better part of the last decade.

Her certifiably steezy, sturdy and simply sensational sets have seen her perform at almost every major festival country wide and taken her overseas to destinations like Mo:Dem and Bucht Der Traumer. 🦇

We’re stoked to welcome her to the Church of Techno decks for the first time, as we celebrate the launch of Earth Frequency Festival 2026. Expect a unique fusion set of her two projects: ARYA (dark progressive) and KARVI S (minimal psy-techno).

This is a new creative and community-driven home for those who dare to stray from the expected, embrace the strange, & explore their own path. It’s built for the unconventional, the curious, and the connected - the people who don’t fit neatly into a box and never wanted to.

On January 17th, Condong Bowlo transforms into a two-stage experience shaped by underground sound, thoughtful design, and shared intention to create something different. Across the venue - indoors and out - the night will unfold through curated lighting, crafted stage aesthetics, expressive art elements, and performance pieces revealed in the lead-up. Market stalls and additional creative contributions will continue to be announced as Straynge grows closer.

—
STRAYNGE SESSIONS
Outdoors, a ten-hour journey unfolds beneath the open sky, powered by a fully tuned VOID system that delivers clarity, warmth and depth. Guided by world-class techno, dark progressive, psytrance, and forest - led by international headliners, backed by a selection of local artists who know exactly how to move a crowd in this region.

—
SYNAPTX TAKEOVER
Indoors, the Synaptx crew shape a six-hour chapter dedicated to the deeper and stranger corners of sound. Exploring art forms of dub, breaks, bass, jungle, trance, and techno - presented with attention, intention, and an atmosphere built for total immersion.
@_synaptx_ - Stay tuned for music line-up!

—
This is a fully licensed, 18+ ticketed event, held across indoor and outdoor areas, with security present to ensure a safe, respectful environment for everyone who enters.

A gathering for those who love the dancefloor for what it actually is, and who understand the power of music to bring people together.

Come help create what Straynge becomes.🖤
