It's a shayr by Allama Iqbal from Payam-e-Mashreq
سینا است کہ فاران است؟ یا رب چہ مقام است ایں؟
Sina ast ke Faran ast: Is this Mount Sinai, or is it the wilderness of Faran?
Ya Rab, Che Maqam Ast Ein'?: O Lord, what a sublime place is this!
ہر ذرۂ خاکِ من چشمیست تماشا مست...
Har Zarra-e-Khaak-e-Man: Every single speck of my dust
Chashmeest: has become an eye
Tamasha Mast: intoxicated by the vision
Love the qawwali version of it "Az Dair-e-Mughan Aayam" by Munshi Raziuddin.
In the end he adds a verse by Rumi
نا من تنها درین میخانه مستم
جنید و شبلی و عطار شد مست
I am not the only one intoxicated in this tavern; Junaid, Shibli, and Attar are also intoxicated.
