When I started this journey, it wasn’t just about opening a fitness studio—it was about creating a space where movement feels like more. Where every workout is designed to empower, challenge, and help you unlock a stronger, more confident version of yourself.

Thank you for being part of this journey with me. I can’t wait to see what we can achieve together. 🖤

Many thanks to our videographer and makeup artist @kaleriiastudio by @ash_lamb

My Whaley girl went to heaven yesterday morning. Whaley was the most beautiful, loving protector of Kevin, me, Hardy and Banks. The 14 years we had with her hold some of my most cherished memories. What a blessing she was to our family 🩷 by @ash_lamb

From first impressions to final thoughts!

We loved having @vicari.swain and @3k.sul experience the PVOLVE method and hear their honest feedback after class. Thank you for joining us in the studio!

From the field to the studio!

We loved introducing @vicari.swain and @3k.sul to the PVOLVE method and seeing how intentional movement, mobility, recovery, and strength work together.

Safe to say they felt the burn!!!

Proof that PVOLVE works anywhere!

Even when you’re locked out of the studio in 90° weather 😅

After an incredible morning celebrating two years of PVOLVE Columbia, the celebration continued to our client social at Savage Craft Ale Works.

We loved spending the evening surrounded by the people who make our community so special. Thank you to everyone who joined us at our monthly client social and for being part of our journey. Here’s to continuing to move, grow, and evolve together!
