This image sums up a theme of the last ten days with Dena Kingsberg. As a Mysore teacher our role is to be a daily pillar to students leaning on us for guidance through their practice, but even pillars need support systems so as not to waiver. Thank you dear Dena for being my pillar, my guide and my teacher. ❤️ Ashalala locals, see you SUNDAY!

Inviting a small group of dedicated ashtangis interested in deepening their understanding of Ashtanga through a five month mentorship program. Classes will be held on Sundays. We’ll be taking a closer look at asana, pranayama, chanting, hands on adjustments, the primary series count, the yoga sutras and probably a whole bunch more.

Open to shala students with a daily practice of three years or more.
