Hey I'm Ash!
I started taking this bookstagram thing seriously back in March, and now there's a lot of you. My DMs are always open and I'd love to make some new friends 🫶

I'm in a reading slump so let's reminisce on last month when I wasn't with some mini reviews 🍄‍🟫 by @ashbtb

September was a successful month 🫶
-
In September I...
• turned 24 (ew)
• went to 3 concerts and a festival
• touched grass (went on a hike)
• became obsessed with I Was A Teenage Exocolonist and have been neglecting all of my other duties to play
-
October is another crazy busy month for me (I have 2 days off between now and the 20th, including today 🫣) so I'm definitely not going to have as much time to read, but that's okay because I'm making memories instead 🙂‍↕️ by @ashbtb

Teammates To Lovers 💕
-
This book was so cute and great for my little fangirl heart. I read it all in a single sitting and smiled like the entire time.

I received an eARC of this book via Ballantine and NetGalley. Teammates To Lovers releases on March 16, 2027, or you can request an eARC on NetGalley! This is my honest, voluntary review 🖤 by @ashbtb

7 deadly sins as books 😈
-
This tag is really fun, you should do it if you can. Also this artwork is called Witches' Sabbath (by Goya) and I thought it was cool 🤷‍♀️

What Feeds Below 🍄🍄‍🟫
-
This book was sooo vividly described omg. The mental imagery I got from this book was insane (and also gory at times). Definitely recommend picking this up if you're into weird, surreal lands!

I stepped away from Canva because of the constant struggle with the AI content tag and switched over to Photoshop, so I thought it could be fun to show how I make my posts!

My aesthetic is way more simple than it used to be, and I'll probably add more stuff to it over time and let it evolve, but honestly it's so much less stress now. I can batch content so much easier now that I don't need to find like 5-10 unique elements for every single post 😭 And I like how pretty it makes my grid look.

Alternatively, "books on my TBR that kinda scare me."

I used to constantly read 500-600 page books but recently I've been vibing more with shorter ones. I'm hoping that I can get back into the swing of longer books before some of my highly anticipated ones come out 🫣 by @ashbtb
