Let me fund your next real estate investment. 1% origination fee on fix and flip and DSCR loans. I just had a client come to me today whom was quoted 3% origination fee and 13% interest from a local competitor.

We were able to quote the same deal at 1% origination fee and 11.5% rate with a 12 month term. Most of our competitors only offer six month terms and then they charge additional fees. I’d love to compete for your business. Plus we only do a soft credit pull! Do ding to your credit score. Check us out.

I just signed a contract with Robert this evening. I was 10-15k higher than any offers he received on his home. We are closing two weeks from Friday.

I’m buying his house as-is for cash and closing fast. I’m also paying someone a finders fee just for recommending me to this home owner.

If you know of someone trying to sell a home or if you see a house in rough shape; I can put cash in your pocket just for the lead connecting me.
